(1)DNA barcode identification of TCM
The company's testing platform fully covers all the types of TCM included in the Pharmacopeia of the People's Republic of China (2020 Edition), and has established a cooperative relationship with the Institute of Chinese Materia Medica, China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences. With the support of Academician Chen Shilin, Director of the Institute of Chinese Materia Medica, China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences, the company has been established a sound traditional Chinese medicine DNA barcode identification system, and formulated five standardized processes of sample collection, DNA extraction, PCR amplification, sequence determination and splicing, and sequence analysis to ensure rapid detection and accurate and reliable results.
(2)Quality marker testing of TCM
The company can provide comprehensive and precise testing items for quality markers of traditional Chinese medicines (including identification, extract, content determination, fingerprint, etc.). For complex traditional Chinese medicines, such as trace samples, mixtures, processed products, secretions, fumigants, etc., the UPLC method is used for the most precise analysis of the biological and chemical components of TCM. Through rapid, sensitive and accurate detection and analysis methods, we will promote the industry to formulate a complete and authoritative quality standard system for TCM, and accelerate the development of the R&D industrial chain of traditional Chinese medicinal products.
(3)Detection of heavy metal residues in TCM
Through the detection and analysis platform of TCM, the inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICPMS) and headspace gas chromatography are used to establish a standard process for the detection of common heavy metals with high sensitivity, high repeatability and high throughput, and a green and pollution-free detection environment for TCM, so as to facilitate the healthy development of the industry of TCM.
(4)Detection of pesticide residues in TCM
Based on advanced liquid phase mass spectrometry and gas phase mass spectrometry platforms, the company can provide testing services for 33 pesticides that are completely banned in the Pharmacopoeia.
